I know you have been bombarded with emails texts and social media posts all regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), but I'd like to take a minute to address things regarding Chrome Salon. 

For now, Chrome will be open and honoring existing appointments. We will not be open to the general public and ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your reservation. ONLY the person who has an appointment can be accommodated at Chrome at this time.

The Barbershop will be accepting walk ins, but can not have guests or friends of guests waiting in the shop. We will be taking phone numbers and texting you 10 minutes prior to your time slot. This will limit the risk of possible exposure by allowing for social distancing. As always, you are welcome to call ahead to reserve a specific time for your reservation in The Barbershop at Chrome.

We understand that schools being closed may cause difficulties for our guests making it to their appointments alone and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you find it necessary, we will do our very best to reschedule appointments as quickly possible. Unfortunately, we must be strict with these protocols for the time being. 

Our cancellation policy will be halted temporarily, so please, if for any reason you are not able to make it to your reservation let us know.  If you are experiencing any symptoms however small, I must ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you come in with symptoms, your stylist will not be able to preform the service, so please remain home if you are not well. If you know you have been exposed to or have traveled in the last two weeks please reach out to reschedule as soon as possible. 

On the flip side, Chrome Salon and Barber staff are prepared to make the same sacrifices and commitment for your well being.

If you are well and comfortable keeping your reservation here's what to expect :

As always, we will be keeping the highest of standards for sanitation. All stations, chairs, and implements are sprayed and wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant between each guest. All sinks are  sprayed and wiped down with the same disinfectant between each guest. As always, your stylist/barber will be washing their hands throughout the day and between each appointment. We will be disinfecting shared spaces, door handles, and other hard surfaces throughout the day. For the time being, we will not be using glassware for complimentary beverages and will be switching to disposable options.

I hope you can understand there may be last minute changes to your appointment - we are all in this together.
